We wish to share with our valued customers and visitors our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our customers and all members of our organisation are our priority. That’s why we are continually monitoring the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines and advice provided. Please rest assured we are doing everything we can to make things run smoothly and most importantly; safely.

We are committed to making the right decisions for you and we will do our utmost to keep you updated online, by email and social platforms.

Our extra precautions to stay safe include:

• Office and showroom - In accordance with Government guidelines we have made the decision to temporarily close our showroom until further notice. We are closely following Government guidelines and we look forward to reopening our showroom once it is safe to do so. Strict rules are in place for members of staff who have to come to the premises with regards cleanliness of themselves and their workplaces. Also, we request all visitors to use hand sanitiser before entering the building.
Symptoms - any member of staff with any possible symptoms will be asked to self-isolate for the recommended timeframe.

Quotations and product queries and Customer Support

Our team of experts are on hand to help with any quotations or queries relating to our products and services. We can be contacted during our normal office hours by phone, email, live chat or online contact forms.

Vufold has a contingency plan in place should UK government guidelines change, affecting the workplace. If required, we will be equipped to deliver our services from home, through remote working. This is to ensure somebody is on hand to assist with any enquires. We will do our utmost to not let this affect the high levels of service we provide.

Deliveries

From placing your order, Vufold will continue to operate as normal and deliver within the pre-agreed delivery timescale(s). Should any of our 3rd party delivery services become affected by the current situation, causing delays to your delivery, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Our website will be updated regularly and accordingly.

If you are self-isolating or you have any vulnerable members of the household, it is important to notify us in advance so we can ensure we are delivering to you safely.
